there is no way K wanted to do this, but liability no doubt forces their hand...I doubt just saying " we're closed" and leaving it at that constitutes a " reasonable and realistic effort" to remain closed to the public from a legal standpoint...
Been a long time since K was concerned over people accessing their snow when the lift wasn't spinning...
if there was no covid and covid guidelines, that lift would be spinning this weekend....and no one would care if you hiked it today...
this is out of their hands...
