What about the skiing inequality? Having to ski all the days that I do to make up for those slackers seems unjust. Everyone should ski their fair share.
If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine.

Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, then overwhelm you with their experience.

Lessen income inequality, sure. But this is just smoke and mirrors to appease the working class. It does nothing about wealth inequality!

My guess is that he will be overwhelmingly reelected this November, as will Governor Scott, a Republican.Dickc wrote: ↑Jun 12th, '24, 15:48 https://unherd.com/2024/06/bernie-sande ... t-vermont/ Bernie Sanders has lost Vermont Working-class voters are fleeing the state

As for the working class fleeing the state, I'd love to see the numbers to back up that assertion. Oh...everyone is upset about property taxes right now so it's not a "class" issue.

Re: Vermont's Tax System
People fleeing is nothing new. I went to Highschool in VT and graduated in 1994. Almost everyone I know who went to college and were career motivated left the state. Very few opportunities. Cost of living to earnings potential is way out of whack for most.
