Hey Reno, I’m thinking fractional ownership, looking for a few other well healed individuals who can buy a 1/1460 share of a new bear mountain condo.

This 1/1460 share gets you one bedroom, and one bathroom for one night each year, and shared use of the kitchen.

Each share will be about $2500

It's right beside it between the access road and the golf course. If you zoom in and look south (up on the map) of the proposed parking area you can see The Mountain Inn to orient yourself.

Also, interestingly, it is directly across the street from where the interconnect trail meets the access road.
