Since the other thread on this trail jumped the shark... The Chunnel is the segment of Thimble just downhill of where Great Eastern crosses under the Skyeship.

Yeah, kind of a disappointment really. I was hoping they'd added another tunnel somewhere along the Snowshed crossover...

Saw the sign also. I'll be interested to see if they keep a Blue path groomed the whole way, or if it leads to a blue intimidation mogul run down the last bit of Middle Needles.

I found the Chunnel today. Followed some tracks down the left hand side, turned right for some fresh pow and POW! My son was very entertained by my face plant summersault combination. Luckily the rocks only hit my skis and nothing more.

Even falling is fun on a powder day!
